MoonDance Studios presents “The Nutcracker: Reimagined” at the Caribou Performing Arts Center
Join us for our fresh take on this holiday classic! We’ll follow the storyline of a traditional Nutcracker, but we’re adding a bit more to it by including more styles of dance than just Ballet! Once Clara’s home becomes overrun with mice, an epic battle between the Mouse Queen and the Nutcracker ensues. After the Nutcracker’s victory, we’ll then join the Nutcracker and Clara in the Christmas Kingdom where they’ll meet all kinds of Christmas characters. Upon arrival, a parade of elves, tap dancing cookie chefs, and the Sugar Plum Fairy along with her fairy friends will lend a warm welcome. Next up for entertainment we’ll see Spanish dancers, acrobatic red licorice, prancing reindeer, and waltzing flowers! But that’s not all! With our MoonDance twist on this holiday classic, “The Nutcracker: Reimagined” is sure to be enjoyable for the entire family!
